Cookie Policy

Last updated: 11 August 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Echory GmbH (“Echory”, “we”) uses cookies and similar technologies on echoryflow.com (the “website”).

1. Summary

Our website is a static site hosted on Vercel. Our traffic measurement works entirely without cookies. In addition, we use analytics technologies that do rely on cookies – these are activated only after your explicit consent. If you decline, the only thing stored on your device is a strictly necessary cookie recording your decision. Fonts are hosted locally on our own servers, so displaying the website does not establish a connection to external font providers.

2. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device through your browser. Related technologies include local storage and pixels. In this policy we refer to all of them as “cookies”.

3. Cookies we use

The legal basis is your consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without consent these cookies are not set. Details of the services are set out in section 6 of our Privacy Policy.

3.3 Cookie-free traffic measurement

Our traffic measurement with Plausible Analytics sets no cookies and does not access information on your device. It therefore does not appear in the tables above and requires no consent under Section 25 TDDDG. Likewise, Google Tag Manager, which we use to manage the analytics technologies, sets no cookies of its own.

4. What we do not use

We currently use no advertising or remarketing cookies, no social-media tracking and no third-party pixels. Should we introduce advertising technologies in the future, we will update this policy beforehand and obtain your consent.

5. Consent

On your first visit we ask, via our consent dialogue, which technologies you wish to allow. Until you decide, no cookies requiring consent are set and no data is transmitted to Google or Microsoft. Declining is exactly as easy as accepting.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with effect for the future via the “Privacy Settings” link in the footer of every page. The consent dialogue runs on the open-source solution Klaro!, operated entirely on our own infrastructure; no data is transmitted to third parties.

6. Managing cookies in your browser

You can delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect how the website works. The help section of your browser explains how to manage cookies.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. For full details on how we handle personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
